Hello ! Willing to share my personal experience with Andi from Razer Funan store.
I had hard times to find Nommo V2 Pro here at Indonesia even tho we have Razer Indonesian Flag Shipstore, they said it's discontinue. So i tried to buy one from Razer Singapore, and after sometime i managed to find Andi from Razer Funan. The goods was only available at Razer HQ at that moment and its closed on saturday which was the day i arrived at singapore, but thankfully Andi managed it so we could pick it up at Razer Funan instead ! Thank you so much for the help Andi !

Kitty and I recently took Aerin to the RazerStore at Funan Mall. Her birthday is just around the corner, and she’s been wanting a new gaming headset. We knew that RazerStore Funan would be the perfect place to find it.
Right from the start, we were blown away. The store is incredibly immersive. They've got these awesome zones showcasing the latest Razer gear in a vibrant, engaging way. We were instantly transported into a world of gaming and tech. But what truly made the experience incredible was the amazing service we received.
The staff, especially Wen Ze, were so patient and knowledgeable. He was very patient and helpful, explaining the pros and cons of the different range of headsets within the shop, catering to Aerin's needs. He even demonstrated how the headset cushion can be replaced, teaching us how to detach the cushion and replace it. We took his recommendation based on the design of the headsets and Aerin's needs and requirements.
We were surprised that the headsets had an additional discount. The headsets originally cost $209, and we only managed to get a headset at $157, which was a good deal.
