Experienced very bad service with a male sales, it is already 1 month that I am trying to get refund , at least excuses for the behavior and the sales methods. the sales guy sold a pair of orthopedic ballet shoes to my daughter which was not what she asked for and she told him even the reference of her last ballet shoes. She told him it was painfull and she was not feeling well but he pushed her to buy this one not another one . It seems this is the same sales man as previous review . The customer team does not really care . Another girl of the ballet team had issues with this shop , the products sold are good quality .

Scam. They will try to hard sell the most expensive pointe shoes that supposedly do not require a toe pad and will last a long time. The only reason it will last long is because it simply does not work. Many of my friends (me included) got convinced into buying a pointe shoe three times the regular price. Gaynor has already discontinued that particular design, please don’t fall into the trap of blindly buying everything the SA asked you to. Always consult you ballet teacher first.

I am an adult beginner who came to get myself new canvas flats. Because of my lack of experience, I didn't know what I should get. But the helpful staff saw me looking at the sample shoes and asked if I needed any help. She measured my feet and let me try several brands and even told me what was popular, what the shoe was designed to do, or what suited my foot more. I ended up picking one I felt the most comfortable in after only a short while of trying. I wish I got her name to put here but everyone else in the staff were also very kind.
The shop was very tastefully designed with barres and mirrors on the shoe trying area and the dressing room so you can check yourself any time. I did not get any thing else from the shop but there were lots of leotards and skirts of different designs. If I ever need any ballet apparel I will definitely be back here ☺️

Came to the store as an adult going for her first ballet class so I lacked knowledge on which shoes would be suitable. The staff that tended to me had asked if I needed assistance and gave me advice on beginner shoes as well as helping me out with leotards.
She also answered all my questions and was overall helpful. The store itself is well organised and clean with fitting rooms and area designated for shoe try ons.

Service was fine but the ballet flats I bought had a manufacturing error. The elastics were sewn on the wrong way, so the shiny side is facing inwards while the soft, fuzzy side faces outwards. Can’t get an exchange or a refund for that.

We made an appointment for my daughter’s first pointe shoes. Emily attended to us and was really friendly and thorough. We tried on 3 pairs of pointed shoes before Emily recommended the best-fitting pair. She also explained how to care for the shoes and when would be the optimal time to change them. Overall, the fitting experience was smooth and pleasant. When we went to pay for our purchases, the lady at the counter was also friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for future purchases.

Pre-paid and bought a ballet character shoes on 10th Nov 2024. Was told the shoes will arrive in December. Called in December, not yet, will arrive in January. Called again in January, not yet, after CNY. Today (10th Feb 2025), 3 months later, the shoes still not here. No updates from the store. Every time I need to call them. WHAT IS GOING ON??? Deserved zero star, if i could.

I had my first pointe shoe fitting here. The pointe shoe fitter was very nice. The location of the store is extremely convenient. The store sold so many different dance related products and I was really pleased with the options.

came here at like 3:20pm. Shop was completely empty. Counter lady asked if she could help me . I told her I never had a pointe shoes and would like to get fitted for a pointe shoes for my first time. She said I needed an appointment prebooked to come for a fitting because it would take 45 mins. Then she said she would check when her next appointment slot was -4pm she said. Then she proceeded to say without booking I could try a maximum of 3 pointe shoes. I told her I didn't mind I would like to try! Then she proceeded to say cannot because I didn't know the specific shoe brand and size ...... I told
her I was a size 38 she said cannot . Huh didn't i just tell you it was my first shoes. Lousy customer service . Entire shop empty i can hear two girls chatting at the back, at first you told me i could try 3 then she insisted I couldn't . I would never come back here again! Recommend going to Capezio for excellent customer service !
