Smooy at funan is much better than the one at Tampines, but for the price i much rather buy llao llao. Used burpple for 1-1 classic. without which it wouldn’t be worth it. Note: sauce are considered toppings. Pistacchio sauce and caramelised nuts made a sick combo 💯, would get that again but unless i’m really craving for Smooy specifically i’d rather get llaollao

Lady staff made us wait for 10 minutes while taking her time to do a delivery order, and then told us that we couldn’t use burpple because she was closing the store. Checked in with her and the store closes at 9.30pm but we were there from 8.55pm. Have no idea why the promotion cannot be used when it is still 30 minutes before closing time. Service is really atrocious. Never coming back again. Even with burpple.

The location is in a food collection area of b2 where there are other small stalls of food choices such as subway, churros, bubble tea, kebabs, salad etc. the service staff was gone on break when we came, back in 15 min. when we returned later, she was deep in conversation on the cellphone not even acknowledging us until much later and asking us to continue waiting while she continue her conversation. I don’t know how this is appropriate. Anyway, we ordered and left, there’s not much seating area in the section although there’s many junky tables and chairs. The frozen yoghurt is ok but the toppings tastes chemical and rancid. The toppings been sitting around open air for a long time so I think they gone bad. The tastes is Unlike other branch of smooy we had before. Definitely don’t recommend this branch to anyone.

1 scoop in and it's all melted alr. not even 3 mins since i bought it. don't know am I eating frozen yogurt or just yakult juice can't even do a new one to replace this. bad service. Friday 15 Dec 4pm funan

Had some time to kill at Funan mall, so came here for a quick sweet treat. They serve decent frozen yoghurt, but in my opinion not as good as llao llao! The shop is located in the basement level 1 at Funan, in the small food court area with a bunch of other food and drinks stalls. Not bad, but nothing amazing! 🍨

The yogurt base a little icy and didn't have a strong enough tart flavor. The chocolate chip topping had an off taste/texture. I didn't even finish the mini size even though I love froyo

$5.90 for yoghurt and 2 toppings, the sauce counts as a topping. Taste wise we liked it, found a seat nearby. Good dessert for catch up with friends but the shop looked untidy and the display of toppings looked sad.

Nothing like llao llao. The yogurt(s) were weakly flavoured, none at all I should say. The matcha sauce hardened and froze over when drizzled on the yogurt. A bizarre experience.

yogurt was good but serving portion was very small even if i ordered maxi. toppings were peanuts, especially the sauce. As compared to other outlets, it was disappointing. The person seems inexperienced, I hope next time can have better improvement.

I love Smooy for their toppings. The oreo sauce, chocolate balls and marshmallows are my go to. They taste so delicious together!! The frozen yoghurt doesn’t melt quickly, and I love the consistency and taste. Great balance of sweetness and tanginess. Not too creamy or too thick. Service was okay.

Stall is located in B2 of Funan mall alongside many other food shops. There’s a central seating area there but when I went all seats were taken so we had to wait to chope seats. Got the smooy froyo as a dessert. But the yogurt melted really quickly and resulted in me spilling some on my clothes 😕. Taste wise, it was okay. Still prefer llao llao but if I’m not wrong smooy is cheaper in general.

The stall assistant was kind and patient to show how to claim my 1-for-1 deal. Like what other reviews state, the 'frozen' yoghurt melts too quickly. Other than that, tastes decent enough. No complains since I got it on a deal.
