After our brief conversation I know that she is a senior POPMART supporter from Negora period til now 😲 She helped me unpack and check if there was any defect, and it made me feel eazyyy to have her help me check the Dimoo🤪

Always a pleasant experience in Popmart Funan store. This store would be my 1st choice when there are new launches. The team are very courteous and manage the crowd well.
Bravo to Anna Ng, Gabriel & Alexis. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and humble. The store gets abit busy and tense, but always receive a smile and thank you. It’s a warm and welcoming store. They will always update on upcoming launches and will invite you to return.

A visit to Pop Mart. Clean, spacious and good varieties available. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 15mins looking through the varieties. Left happy.

Anna from Popmart Funan delivers exceptional service and possesses good product knowledge. She is very helpful and polite and service with a smile. She goes the extra miles to help customers too for promotions, etc. and always maintain a calm and cool disposition ! Excellent service attitude from such a young staff , a rarity these days !

What an interesting experience visiting this "mini statue collection" store! Probably my first time ever purchasing such "toy statue" (is this how I describe it?). Never been into hobby of such collection, but after today's visit, I could somehow understand why the fans would go crazy over these collections
My friends who are into the Pop Mart collection described this as "addictive like drugs". As a SpongeBob fan, I took only a few seconds to decide and purchase the SpongeBob Pop Mart figure, and I wouldn't mind purchasing more in future. My friends and I will be using what we purchased here to take photos together when we travel next time! Enjoyable experience

was trying to pay my for item, went over to the counter, patiently waited for the 2 sales assistants to finish their conversation. I was served by the girl with glasses on, with her hair clipped up, she scanned my item and asked me in a unpleasant tone, if I had popmart membership. (I don't)
I know the item cost $13.90 and was trying to open my Apple Pay, when she told me the price the first time (with the same unpleasant tone), I looked up at her and nodded my head (to show that I've acknowledged), not too sure if she saw me nodding my head, but then repeated the price again, with a louder voice and even more unpleasant (which I deemed rude) tone. (she does not seem like she wants to serve me at all)
not too sure if she was having a bad day, but i honestly think that she is in a service industry, she should stay professional at all times.

I visited Pop Mart Funan today, hoping to try my luck at finding a Labubu plushie. From the moment I entered the store, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized it was. The soothing and pleasant music added to the welcoming atmosphere.
I approached a female staff member who had been speaking Thai with some customers, and I was genuinely amazed by her multilingual abilities. When I asked her about Labubu, she was incredibly friendly and honest, letting me know that it wasn’t available at the moment and encouraging me to wait patiently for the next restock. She even wished me luck in finding my dream Labubu secret edition as I left.
Even though the Labubu plushie wasn’t in stock, I decided to stay and purchase a few other products. While I was browsing, I noticed her diligently tidying up and restocking the shelves—her efficiency was truly impressive.
Before I left, she kindly updated me on the upcoming product launches and explained the membership points system. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail.
I want to commend the Pop Mart management for having the foresight to hire such talented staff members who can speak multiple languages, making the store feel truly international. I’m not sure if her name is Emma or Anna, but her exceptional service has made me a loyal customer. I will definitely return to Pop Mart Funan!

Always love coming to Funan outlet! Brings back fond memories as it was how I started my popmart journey with Tony many years ago! Over the years, got to know Alexis and Anna better.. Steph too.. what I really appreciate is their professionalism and sharing the various ongoing promotions - which helps a lot! Small stuff but it’s the thought that counts… 5 stars for taking care of long time, serious and authentic clients! Keep the spirits up and continue the great customer service !
