Poor customer service, very rude female staff with unruly hair. If you’re not able to speak nicely to customers, what’s the point of doing a customer service job?
Just read the other one star reviews to see the problem is the same rude impolite staff. I can’t believe I have to say it’s not ok to address your paying customer as “Aye”.
To the Popmart Management - your toys are supposed to represent joy and youth. No need to ruin a customer’s experience by having older staff that’s not trained well and rude. Or at least put in the practice to ensure they are well trained and polite. It may be hard to believe, but the youngsters at other outlets like Popmart Ion and Tampines are way more polite and better at their job in my experience.
Mind you, I’ve purchased blind boxes that came with missing piece, blind boxes with damaged item, blind boxes that boxes are delivered in bad condition but I’ve never left a bad Google review before. This one takes the cake.

Funan stands out as the most serene and immaculate popmart store I've ever been to. Upon entering, I'm consistently impressed by the staff who manage to welcome customers warmly even during busy times – a level of service I've never encountered in other popmart stores.
The friendly and helpful Malay male manager adds to the positive experience each time I visit, contributing to the store's well-maintained and clean environment. The presence of good music enhances the overall atmosphere.
I'd like to highlight the dedicated specs lady with a ponytail, who ensures the blind boxes remain in excellent condition amidst customer activity, making sure all the boxes are not being squeezed by other customers! She goes above and beyond by regularly updating me on promotions and new products. Kudos to the Funan team for maintaining this exceptional attitude! Deserve a 6 stars!

I had the most wonderful experience at Pop Mart Funan today with Anna, Kathryn, Alexis and Cynthia... Thou I had many angry incidents with other Pop Mart store and tiktok online purchases, Funan store always feels different from other stores whenever I visit.
Great shout out to Anna especially. She is the 1st Pop Mart person that came up to me to ask me what I'm looking for and helped me with my purchases. Other stores are too busy and crowded to find a staff to ask about the products. I'll give Pop Mart another chance after I had nice communication with the staff at this store in a respectful manner... Be kind to all staff and customers. It is really stressful to handle so many questions from anxious customers everyday, especially on launch dates. Jiayou & keep up the good service!!!

I love going to POPMART Funan. The staff is always so friendly and approachable especially Anna! Each time I go there, I feel so at home and welcomed by Anna’s service and help that she gives me. She is well versed in the products in the store and is able to advise me with a lot of my queries. Her cheery and happy personality is such a beauty and I always look forward to seeing her at POPMART Funan. Thank you, Anna, for making my experience at POPMART such a hip and POP one for me!!
