Glanced upon the restaurant by chance and so glad we did! Really good and delicious food , and loved the breadth of options the restaurant offers. If you are a vegetarian or vegan should definitely try a meal at Flavours by Saute :)

The vegetarian BTK (12.50) was interesting to say the least, it mimicked the Malaysian style Herbal BKT. The flavour profile was acceptable, but the lion mane mushroom tasted stale, like dry cardboard. I am unsure if it is normal?

Extensive selection of vegetarian menu at reasonable prices! We observed what other tables ordered and everything looked so good. Got the Black Kut Teh Yee Noodle, broth was so flavourful and goes so well with yee mee. I finished up the whole bowl of soup. We also ordered Orh Luak after reading so much good reviews about this dish. The Orh Luak did not impress us, too much tapioca flour used in the eggs resulting in sticky bites. There isn’t much aroma too. Tried their Lion Mane Rice via FoodPanda previously - Taste is still good but ingredients were a little underwhelming and broth was a bit too thick. Food portions are all generous. Service was excellent. Attentive and prompt. Serving time was reasonable (about 15mins after ordering, Orh Luak took about 25mins) considering a full lunch crowd. Many tables were having their pizzas and rice plates. We ought to return to taste more of their menu. Please consider opening a SautΓ© Flavour at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Severely lacked of good vegetarian restaurants for family dining at Tiong Bahru and Redhill area. Very much needed especially when there are so many more new families moving into these areas after BTOs are ready.

Chance upon this place in Funan and tot of giving a try as FC is close for renovation. Love that they hav full range of different kinds of vegan/vegetarian choices for food! The new lady staff were really pleasant and polite! Like their soup 🍲 really simple n not too salty! Glad they serve us mixed brown rice not the white rice Seaweed fries 🍟 was also quite good rlly nice might try swear potato and satay next time Overall is one of best Vegetarian restaurant here in SG to return back if not fussy about their service food is rlly good 5.12.2024 After movie n quite a long queue up n buying at pop up Miniso for Harry Potter my sis n I tried this place as is vegetarian friendly for me! Service still really warm n nice especially thanks to female server. Food for soup n rice was fast. Fried food takes quite longer time as is dinner crowd so might be the waiting time
