Wow horrible staff experience in the both times I’ve been here. Really doesn’t make me feel like buying anything at all even though they have some cute items. Sad for the brand! Staff are all so unfriendly and unhelpful. Asking them a question seems like inconveniencing them and they curtly respond to you “it’s out of stock” with lots of attitude. I guess not just the fashion is edgy but their attitudes too.

It was my first time visiting the physical store in Funan and the whole experience was very unwelcoming. Staff were laid back and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help.

I am not sure if the brand owners themselves are the ones telling their staff to mistreat or speak down / speak rudely to customers in order to "draw the line" for customer requests (but a quick look at Glassdoor will tell me this is likely justified) but I will always remember the one staff-turned-influencer-content-creator on their brand page that started out as a part timer in their store. Extremely rude and refused to serve multiple customers during my visit, and I was shocked to see that she ended up being a face splashed across the brand's social media pages and being extremely chummy with the owners. If the owners and their favoured staff members cannot be humble about their products and brand beginnings, that's just plain disappointing.

Relatively small seating area. But placed at a good spot where you can still see your partner trying out clothes to show you. Minus 1 star due to limited seating.

The clothes look nice. After buying 2 pcs in outlet, using that size as reference and made about SGD550 purchase online which many of these not available in stores. It turned out quite a number need change sizing and I requested to do size exchange. It is not allowed in stores and many are not allowed by sending back to warehouse either. Hence around SGD300 of the purchase are gone. This policy and customer relation is essentially not welcoming returning customer and give you a sense of f off yourself.

Something needs to be done about their customer service. Received a defective dress (holes everywhere) and they refused to let me exchange in store. It was so hard to get hold of the dress, CNY is approaching, and now I need to wait for them to refund me store credits, and forced to choose among what is available online. It wasn’t even my fault that the dress came defective?! Ridiculous.

If given a choice I would rather shop online than going their store to try out the size. I guess I'm not the only one leave a bad review on their staff. They really need to improve this as they make us feel very unwelcome to the store.

Edit review July 2024: I can see that their service has improved heaps compared to my last visit in end 2023. The staff was helpful and friendly, happy to be back. Keep it up.
Sadly, service had dropped drastically. Their staff used to be friendly and helpful, and assist you to fitting room. Dropped by the store last week when it was not crowded, yet staff did not bother helping me with the curtains when my hands was full carrying all the clothes. My experience with them back in 2021 when they just opened was great, the staffs were much more enthusiastic, cheerful and helpful. Not sure what happened to the retail staff at Fashmob now, perhaps their management needs to relook into their service standards. It is a far cry from then and other local shops. The girls can also be seen standing idly instead of assisting, not sure if they even have a store manager to check on this because this standard is appalling.

Rude staff and unpleasant shopping experience.
I shamed by staff for trying a dress who told me “I don’t think it fits you” when I didn’t ask her for her opinion of how it looked on me but merely pointed out that the button seemed poorly sewn.
Further more, staff didn’t even bother to advise if there was a new piece available online and told me it was “sold out everywhere” even though I was new to Fashmob and didn’t know any better. So I ended up buying the last piece thinking it was indeed the last but only to find out within the next 15min that online has new piece but the staff refused to let me return so I could buy the new piece online.
Unless they greatly improve their service and attitude, this would be my first and last time shopping at FM.

Lovely clothes selections but every time I visit the physical store, I have always been greeted with unpleasant experiences particularly from the staff. Staff was unfriendly and always gave an expressionless face. I was intending to buy some pieces from the shop, and was not just window shopping? Please, the attitude is just bad overall.
