Wow horrible staff experience in the both times I’ve been here. Really doesn’t make me feel like buying anything at all even though they have some cute items. Sad for the brand! Staff are all so unfriendly and unhelpful. Asking them a question seems like inconveniencing them and they curtly respond to you “it’s out of stock” with lots of attitude. I guess not just the fashion is edgy but their attitudes too.

It was my first time visiting the physical store in Funan and the whole experience was very unwelcoming. Staff were laid back and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help.

I am not sure if the brand owners themselves are the ones telling their staff to mistreat or speak down / speak rudely to customers in order to "draw the line" for customer requests (but a quick look at Glassdoor will tell me this is likely justified) but I will always remember the one staff-turned-influencer-content-creator on their brand page that started out as a part timer in their store. Extremely rude and refused to serve multiple customers during my visit, and I was shocked to see that she ended up being a face splashed across the brand's social media pages and being extremely chummy with the owners. If the owners and their favoured staff members cannot be humble about their products and brand beginnings, that's just plain disappointing.

The clothes look nice. After buying 2 pcs in outlet, using that size as reference and made about SGD550 purchase online which many of these not available in stores. It turned out quite a number need change sizing and I requested to do size exchange. It is not allowed in stores and many are not allowed by sending back to warehouse either. Hence around SGD300 of the purchase are gone. This policy and customer relation is essentially not welcoming returning customer and give you a sense of f off yourself.

Something needs to be done about their customer service. Received a defective dress (holes everywhere) and they refused to let me exchange in store. It was so hard to get hold of the dress, CNY is approaching, and now I need to wait for them to refund me store credits, and forced to choose among what is available online. It wasn’t even my fault that the dress came defective?! Ridiculous.

If given a choice I would rather shop online than going their store to try out the size. I guess I'm not the only one leave a bad review on their staff. They really need to improve this as they make us feel very unwelcome to the store.

Rude staff and unpleasant shopping experience. I shamed by staff for trying a dress who told me “I don’t think it fits you” when I didn’t ask her for her opinion of how it looked on me but merely pointed out that the button seemed poorly sewn. Further more, staff didn’t even bother to advise if there was a new piece available online and told me it was “sold out everywhere” even though I was new to Fashmob and didn’t know any better. So I ended up buying the last piece thinking it was indeed the last but only to find out within the next 15min that online has new piece but the staff refused to let me return so I could buy the new piece online. Unless they greatly improve their service and attitude, this would be my first and last time shopping at FM.

Lovely clothes selections but every time I visit the physical store, I have always been greeted with unpleasant experiences particularly from the staff. Staff was unfriendly and always gave an expressionless face. I was intending to buy some pieces from the shop, and was not just window shopping? Please, the attitude is just bad overall.

Neutral experience. Was told to arrange for my own returns despite them sending the wrong colour. However after some liaising they told me they would arrange for a pick up instead. Took awhile for me to have the whole package redelivered but am glad it was resolved. Email reply speed could be improved on. Personally find their clothing prices a little on the high side without sale prices.

Politely asked to check for stocks (showed her online says limited quantity) and was told off rudely that the only stock was the display piece + rolling her eyes at me even though it was my first time shopping at Fash Mob and didn’t know better. As if checking for stocks is equating to the efforts of climbing Mount Everest! Am even further appalled by many others having the same experience dating back year ago. What is their brand doing, letting their staffs ruin their brand image??! Customer service was equally sub-par with generic email templates when given a feedback. Safe to say that money was saved and won’t be returning!

I really really love the clothes at FM and I buy them really regularly. But I think customer service could be improved. With the COVID situation now, most, if not all of the blog shops have improved on their terms and conditions for returns. As now delays in shipping are common, also, with home quarantine orders/5-day MC/Stay home notice put in place, we as customers have more reasons to delay in sending back the items meant for return. I returned my item late (less than a week from the stipulated period), and they said they will reject my return and I have to pay $4 to have the item shipped back to me again. I told them I was on home quarantine order and I could not have walked to the post office to return my item. They replied my email to ask me to provide proof of my home quarantine order. What? All the other blog shops did not see a problem with this (I had to return other items late as well) and they were very understanding and they just processed my return as per usual. Because hello? I also do not like to return my items late if I have a choice right? It’s also not like I took the extra time to wear the clothes out right? The items returned are in their original condition, with tags on, in their original bags. No other blog shops has asked me to provide proof of my home quarantine order because hey, who are you to ask me to provide personal documentation? And mind you, I’m returning for store credits, which means you have already earned my money right? I just don’t get it why they are so inflexible about their return policy despite the current situation. And it’s not like I have done it many times using the same excuse. Gosh.

Shocking Experience at Funan Outlet, 20 Jan, 6:20 PM: Staff allow unsupervised kids to roam around changing room, yanking curtains open and exposing customers! Staff appear indifferent with no apologies! Please take action to prevent such distressing incidents.
