Neutral experience. Was told to arrange for my own returns despite them sending the wrong colour. However after some liaising they told me they would arrange for a pick up instead. Took awhile for me to have the whole package redelivered but am glad it was resolved. Email reply speed could be improved on. Personally find their clothing prices a little on the high side without sale prices.

If you felt like your shopping habits are getting out of control - visit Fash Mob Funan and it will solve your problem (Guaranteed) 😁 Terrible attitude of staff even though there was zero customers in-store besides me. Politely asked to check for stocks (showed her online says limited quantity) and was told off rudely that the only stock was the display piece + rolling her eyes at me even though it was my first time shopping at Fash Mob and didn’t know better. As if checking for stocks is equating to the efforts of climbing Mount Everest! Am even further appalled by many others having the same experience dating back year ago. What is their brand doing, letting their staffs ruin their brand image??! Customer service was equally sub-par with generic email templates when given a feedback. Safe to say that money was saved and won’t be returning!

I really really love the clothes at FM and I buy them really regularly. But I think customer service could be improved. With the COVID situation now, most, if not all of the blog shops have improved on their terms and conditions for returns. As now delays in shipping are common, also, with home quarantine orders/5-day MC/Stay home notice put in place, we as customers have more reasons to delay in sending back the items meant for return. I returned my item late (less than a week from the stipulated period), and they said they will reject my return and I have to pay $4 to have the item shipped back to me again. I told them I was on home quarantine order and I could not have walked to the post office to return my item. They replied my email to ask me to provide proof of my home quarantine order. What? All the other blog shops did not see a problem with this (I had to return other items late as well) and they were very understanding and they just processed my return as per usual. Because hello? I also do not like to return my items late if I have a choice right? It’s also not like I took the extra time to wear the clothes out right? The items returned are in their original condition, with tags on, in their original bags. No other blog shops has asked me to provide proof of my home quarantine order because hey, who are you to ask me to provide personal documentation? And mind you, I’m returning for store credits, which means you have already earned my money right? I just don’t get it why they are so inflexible about their return policy despite the current situation. And it’s not like I have done it many times using the same excuse. Gosh.

Shocking Experience at Funan Outlet, 20 Jan, 6:20 PM: Staff allow unsupervised kids to roam around changing room, yanking curtains open and exposing customers! Staff appear indifferent with no apologies! Please take action to prevent such distressing incidents.

I used to find that the retail personnel's service is quite bad until I met Flor. She's the only one who wears a smile at Fash Mob and served her customers with great patience. Kudos to Flor 👍👏 such a pleasant retail personnel. …
