CK from the funan store is very warm, friendly & hospitable. My husband and I were at very ease with his service & sincerity. We ended up getting a laptop from him (Model: Thinkpad). Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a laptop to find him

Aftersales service is very terrible. They promise to give my freebies in 2 weeks time. Now I've waited more than 2 months already. They don't even inform you they just don't care after you buy to them.

My review is for their online store and their staff that assisted me over on Facebook. I enjoyed incredibly great service from them even as they were busy with Comex they took time out to reply to my queries late into the evening. Despite me making a mistake in the delivery option for the purchase, they were able to resolve it for me very quickly, again, despite being very busy with Comex. They were also very receptive to after-sales queries and I am very thankful for them taking time out to answer all my questions. I highly recommend checking them out.
