Aftersales service is very terrible. They promise to give my freebies in 2 weeks time. Now I've waited more than 2 months already. They don't even inform you they just don't care after you buy to them.

Disappointed when came back to the shop to use my account for shop back as I have rebates. Unfortunately, the shop has removed this payment mode without any notice. My shopback amount was not able to refund back to my account. Advance notice should be given to consumer to do this rebates.

My review is for their online store and their staff that assisted me over on Facebook. I enjoyed incredibly great service from them even as they were busy with Comex they took time out to reply to my queries late into the evening. Despite me making a mistake in the delivery option for the purchase, they were able to resolve it for me very quickly, again, despite being very busy with Comex. They were also very receptive to after-sales queries and I am very thankful for them taking time out to answer all my questions. I highly recommend checking them out.

Called them because I couldn't get through to the service centre. Had an issue as I thought my gpu was switched out and that instead of RTX4050 I only had the Intel UH graphics. Bojun was friendly and explained the issue and even offered to use TeamViewer to help me to download the missing driver and settle it. Amazing service!
