Disappointed when came back to the shop to use my account for shop back as I have rebates. Unfortunately, the shop has removed this payment mode without any notice. My shopback amount was not able to refund back to my account. Advance notice should be given to consumer to do this rebates.

Called them because I couldn't get through to the service centre. Had an issue as I thought my gpu was switched out and that instead of RTX4050 I only had the Intel UH graphics. Bojun was friendly and explained the issue and even offered to use TeamViewer to help me to download the missing driver and settle it. Amazing service!

Came to buy power bank and cable. A lady introduce me about power banks and cable. A week later, founded that something not working. Came back to the shop and John was helpful to assist me troubleshoot and exchange my faulty cable. Really appreciate and applaud its friendly staff service. Thank you.
