I signed up for a package with 1Gravity Hair Salon, attracted by the promise of "all treatments" coverage and an additional 15% discount. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. After purchasing the package, I discovered that the so-called "all treatments" cost **twice as much** as the promotional prices available to non-members. Worse, the package credit cannot be used to offset these promotional prices, making it feel like members are penalized rather than rewarded.
Yesterday, I visited the salon for a scalp treatment. I was given two payment options: use package credit and pay **$358**, or skip the package and pay **$188**—essentially double the cost for members. After completing the scalp treatment, my hairstylist was supposed to cut my hair. However, after I declined to purchase a hair booster, the stylist passed me off to a junior hairstylist, who ended up cutting my hair unevenly. I had to trim it myself at home to fix the issue.
Overall, my experience with 1Gravity Hair Salon has been disappointing. The misleading package terms and lack of professionalism from the hairstylist do not reflect the value or quality I expected. I hope the salon will review its practices and deliver a more transparent and customer-focused service in the future.

the main hairdresser did not take ownership of my hair, he let someone else (maybe 2-3 different hairdressers took turn coloring my hair) the result is bad, not aligned with what I've paid $380.

Very rude service. The lady talked so loudly and complained say the package voucher is fake! I will never step foot in this place again. Going to salon should be enjoyable to de stress but she made it so unpleasant. I have curls on my hair and she wants to straighten it. Crazy women ! Please do not sign any package with them.

I had the worse haircut ever by the so called director cut. I specifically emphasised that I wanted to keep the side burn, the stylist took time to cut my right side burn but by bit which can tell he is not skilful. Eventually after done with the right side and I’m ok with the length he proceed to the left side. To my shocking surprised the left side was cut shorter than the right, he didn’t even noticed it, only when i looked at myself in the mirror after he told me he’s done with the full haircut. I’m short sighted my glasses were removed during the cut. He didn’t even cut my fringes even though I say I just need a trim. Nothing was done or offered even I feedback to him about the side burn. Worse ever cut I had in my life

While I enjoy the service of my hair stylist there’s something I have to feedback that the staffs can be quite pushy and hard selling. Even if you’d just bought a package in last visit, they will still persuade you to buy another package despite several rejections.Think twice before stepping into this salon.

Hairdresser could cut my skin while trimming my back hair. Asking to do hair brown color with blonde highlights. Turned out yellowish with ash highlight. Spent 5 hrs there with few times of correction. Price wise not cheap compare the quality. Will never come back again
