Terrible experience with the service here. Bought a dress here and after getting home, realized that I was given a piece with different style (there were 3 very similar dresses with the same color). Thought it could have been an honest mistake so I went back for an exchange a few days later and was told that the one on the rack was the last piece. That piece had a slight stain (which the staff kept insisting I could just wash it off on my own), but I didn't want to take any chances so I asked if I can get a refund instead. Staff said they don't do refunds but I can exchange it for another piece in the shop. My fiance really wanted me to get a refund at this point because he felt that we were given the wrong dress and if we knew that the rack one was the last piece we wouldn't even have made the purchase. But anyways I thought I didn't want to make this a big issue and cause problems for people so I can just find another piece that I might want to wear. Tried really hard but I didn't really end up seeing anything I liked. That was when the staff came up to me (about 20mins after I first entered the shop and passed them my previous dress) and said they saw some stains on the dress and I wouldn't be able to do the exchange now. The stains were pretty obvious and bright red. The kind that I'm sure I would have seen it before packing it, or the staff would have seen it when they first received the dress from me when I walked in. Long story short, I tried reasoning with the staff for a bit but was honestly too flabbergasted at how ridiculous this situation was and decided that all this wasn't worth my time. I hope no one else experiences the same thing. PSA for everyone dealing with this shop to check the clothes during purchase VERY THOROUGHLY, and when doing an exchange, hold your piece with you until you do the actual exchange, to be safe.
