Good selection of cameras , speakers and headphones . Only downside was the staff were not attentive , was standing there but no one bothered .

I'm new to photography and wanted a nice rigged backpack for daily use so went unto Shopee for look for a good deal.
Had asked a few seller on the online portal but many did not really respond back or were not helpful.
Then i happened to see TK foto and asked them about their photography bags. Justin was the customer service person who responded.
Justin was not only helpful and patient but he gave me great advise to picking my first photography bag.
Instead of recommending something overly expensive bag, he heard my preferences and demands and recommended something else.
To be honest, I have not ever seen the bag in real life but as he had provided such a good service and assurance, i took the recommendation and bought it.
The bag i bought was the Think Tank Retrospective 15 backpack.
Would i buy from them again? Yes i would as Justin has provided such a good buying experience.
Although this maybe taken for granted, they had packed the item properly and the shipping was fast (within 1-2 working days).

Visited the store on a slow weekday afternoon. The sales folks were not interested in entertaining customers, and most were just mingling at a corner discussing how they intended to clear their medical leave. Definitely not a pleasant experience when I genuinely wanted to purchase a Ricoh GR III. I ended up taking my purchase elsewhere instead.

Just bought Fujifilm X-T50 here. I was new to mirrorless camera and not really understand the camera. The sales assistant Terrence was very helpful and walk me through every detail of the camera. I was very impressed with his service and happy with my purchase today!

Mr Daniel is a highly approachable staff who was very willing to share his product knowledge with us. He understood the reason we needed the camera for and took it into consideration when he suggested which camera would best suit us.
We ended up purchasing after mulling for a bit. Current promotion allowed us to play the spin&win by Sony which Daniel, along with other very friendly staff, were enthusiastic about and brought very good energy.
Overall we had a very fun and good experience without pressure for purchase in the store.

Also TK Foto allows a good experience with hands-on generous trying out of the cameras, unlike the rest of the stores in Funan.

Brought my daughter here to look for a compact digital camera & was attended by a senior sales person named Johnny.
Johnny is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. He went the extra miles to show us the limited models & even showed my girl how the white color model looks like…
We walked around the mall & even elsewhere to try looking for a better deal but decided to go back to him to get the camera as Johnny truly serves with sincerity & he is not pushy so as a consumer we feel very relax & at ease.
