Walked in ready to buy a camera, walked out appalled. The salesman told me not to press the demo buttons “too many times” because it costs them. If testing a demo unit is too much for them to handle, they shouldn’t be in retail. Utterly dismissive and unprofessional.

Purchased the Thinktank Derby 2 roller bag from Nanxing. Service was great as usual and given my past experience with TK fixing my 2018 thinktank bag with no questions asked (lost receipt!), it was a no brainer to buy from them again.
