We thought we should at least check out what the Funan Sealy Sleep Boutique Anniversary Sale was about and ended up walking out with not only a better understanding of the Posturepedic difference but also a happy purchase! Our last minute booking was promptly confirmed via email. At the store, Patricia and Andy attended to us. Patricia patiently gave us a crash course on Sealy’s mattress technology, especially its coils and edge support. She also graciously gave us the time and space to try out the different mattresses for ourselves and even offered handles to contextualise the differences we feel. We appreciate how she did not try to hardsell any particular model to us! She actually did not show us the pricing until we came to a decision (in a sense we don’t get caught into the whole “expensive = better” placebo)! One really wonderful thing about the Funan Store is how the representatives did not come across as competitive but actually worked together as a team to better serve the customer’s interests. After serving an earlier customer, Andy came over to help by updating us on other ongoing promotions (i.e. the Kris+ x Sealy June promotion, CapitaSTAR promotions, etc.). Together, both of them answered our many questions and tried their best to help us make the most informed decision and the best possible deal! They also made the effort to orientate us on where to locate the serial number for the warranty, mattress care tips and how to properly lift the mattress with the wrap handles! We came to the store knowing that Sealy is a good brand but we left with a better understanding of what makes them good and definitely a deeper appreciation for their amazing store team (who also sleep on Sealy mattresses back home too)!
