Earlier on I visited some big and reputable shops and to my surprise no one could explain or demo how to use it. Thanks to Donny and Carissa who were very helpful and patient in doing the demo and addressing my queries. They also provided excellent after sales service by helping me with all the necessary installation required.

I visited the store to learn more about Insta360 cameras, and Dan was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through the different models and explained how the 360° features work in a way that was really easy to understand. What really got me was how well he explained the Insta360 X5. His breakdown of the features and use cases honestly made me tempted to get one on the spot. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy anything that day, I walked out seriously considering it.
