I've been here twice but have never engaged the staff. While there are comments regarding the limited range of products here, I thought Outdoor is probably the most well stock shop after Decathlon. Outside, Liv Activ don't carry so much accessories. May Camp Corner can match. Yes while the brands are quite limited, this is probably due to the small market in SG and many top brands have their own authorized distributors here. I totally recommend coming to have a feel of the different brands of outdoor gears and apparels.

Had a great shopping experience here. Came here on Sunday to buy climbing shoes after being recommended by the climbing gym we frequent. Mr Shaiful was really great when introducing the various shoes models to us and also gave us some tips on how to climb better. He's very patient and not pushy at all. Will come here again to buy other gears when we need them.

I came here to try hiking boots. I wanted to make sure that the shoes feel extremely comfortable because some may turn out to be uncomfortable when wearing for longer, so I carefully went through five different pairs. The shop assistant was very patient and polite. Very happy with the service!

Great shop. I got what I needed last minute pre Lombok expedition. The older guy was AWESOME! I think his name was Danny. Lots of knowledge and experience as he is an adventurer himself. Made my time in the shop very pleasant and actually reminded me of some things I forgot about. Thanks!

Came here with the intention to get a pair of hiking shoes that were non-slip. Was approached by Carol who was knowledgeable on the products, super patient and helpful and made all the right recommendations. Thank you!

Great shop with a excellent stock of Mystery Ranch goodies. Pricing is very reasonable when compared to the US online store. Store is located in a very cool mall too, highly recommended to visit it

Atrocious service. Came to buy a pair of climbing shoes, took forever to get the attention of a staff, then he just left us to “look around first” and attended to another customer. They might be understaffed, so be prepared to wait for long before getting served.

A very large store selling outdoor products. But I think there were only two brands of backpack - Osprey and Mystery Ranch.

Staff lack of experience. Website show in stock but when I look for their assistance they only say out of stock . If so please have your website update!!!! THEY simply brush you off by saying all the gloves are there . No help or assistance at all . Intended to purchase another item but decided to give this shop a miss . Will not visit this shop anymore as there are still similar shops available in singapore .
