I am writing this review for Colin in particular. The store selection is good but they appeared understaffed when we there. Colin was working extremely hard to service many customers and he took great care of my wife and I. He made excellent recommendations and although he was stretched very thin, provided a very high level of service and explanation for us. He is a credit to Outdoor Life

Has a vast and comprehensive range of items. Staffs are friendly and able to assist in clarifying questions about products. Also had fun trying out their bouldering wall and cold room! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality outdoor gear and apparel, or even everyday essentials.

100% recommend if you wanna get black diamond climbing gears. Saiful is very helpful and has knowledge and experience on climbing so makes my journey to selecting my gears easier. And he is very willing to provide knowledge sharing as well. Overheard that the black diamond harnesses are more expensive but I mean you get good customer service and a friendly conversation. Thanks Saiful again!
