I was the Omnidesk Funan and had Stacy and Tyler. They were both very professional as they gave excellent advice based on what I needed. Tyler was able to share with me what accessories I should buy based on my requirements. As there were several levels of tiered discounts, Stacy was able to provide good tips on how to get the best out of my purchase. Kudos to Omnidesk for such employees that are real asset to the company.

Went to the store on 14 May as my family and I wanted to be able to see the different models physically, the colours and be able to compare the different models. We were served by Kai Le. He not only answered our questions but also patiently explained the different models and colours. He highlighted an excellent point that adding the castor wheels on the Classic model would mean that the lowest height might be still too high for some users. I tried it there and then and agreed on this point raised and decided that Ascent might be a better model for me due to height issue.

Edit: my mistake regarding the voucher. It works. Sorry customer team. Would be good if whatsapp replies can be more prompt staff good. But customer service cmi... Backend told sales staff my table can come in 1week on Monday. Now it's delayed and dk even when coming. Service team took forever to reply on whatsapp and gave me a $50 voucher. BUT THEY EMAILED AT 5PM AND IT EXPIRED ON THE SAME DAY... facepalm.. Absolute rubbish service. My order id is 123486 in case u think this is a fake review... buyer beware
