This is an Old Chang Kee review located in Funan. The taste, price, and quality of the food are all good, and the service of the young female staff is good and friendly. It's near my home, so I'm buying and eating here almost . I'll never go to Funan branch because I've changed my mind from today. The woman, believed to be an old grandmother who wears glasses every time she orders food, pushes and scolds people out loud every day. I put up with it a few times but especially today, when I ordered food, she didn't seem to be in a good mood and screamed and got angry when the customer that followed ordered food. Conclusion: I'm satisfied with the taste of the food, the service of other employees, and the price, but I won't go again because of the old demon lady who always yells and scolds people with glasses. bye

Sunday afternoon. There is only one staff working. There was a line of Q, but after serving one customer the staff went back to frying the foods while making everyone else in the Q to wait & many other who was on Q-ing eventually left too. Note that the food are not selling out but I couldn’t understand why the staff have to be frying more items instead of serving customers when there’s already a Q. Eventually I left after waiting for awhile too & the staff doesn’t seem to be bother to serve anyone instead was just taking her time to fry the food. Please have more staff at work on weekend, it was so busy in the mall.

It's hard to run a store on your own, that's the organization and its policies. However if a sign states 10 minute toilet break, customers hold you to 11 minutes and no more. After 15 minutes of waiting, I left and so did 4 or 5 others. Thank you Old Chang Kee for helping me decide to avoid your brand in the future. This shows me how it's not customer centric but business centric.

taste not same as other outlet and less quality food control worst, long time never had this famous curry puff and other stuff, I bought the pop corn chic,curry puff, chic wings, sardine puff etc, pop corn chicken tasted worst,over cooked, was smell burning, taste please forget it, chicken wing best!!! curry puff taste never the same as the signature taste,the puff not soft, might fried too long or using old oil , I'm not sure, taste never the same as last time, service was cold 🥶

Came in to buy my breakfast yeaterday on 4/11 @10:30am but the item is not even ready for selling. I can see the staff frying the food. In the afternoon i came again to buy the popia. I was attended by a malay staff. She is very rude. The way she serve me is like she hated her job so much. She shouted at me and ask how many popia i want. Literally when i place my order i have said i wanted 3 popia. The surrounding was not busy or noisy at all that she can't hear me. She should have basic customer service. To serve customer. One day i will take a video of her and show to public rude she is .

Ordered pop corn squid, and try immediately. Food is cold and soft, dunno how long they leave it in bag. Will not buy again
