I forgot to get his name but the sales assistant was very helpful fetching different sizes for me to try and even recommended some models suitable for my flat/wide feet. Great customer experience despite the very very busy store during that timing.

Entered JD FUNAN, approached a staff named REHAN. Asking where's the collection for OC and the reply was "it's all here...." showing one section all Adidas. I had to literally go find it myself. The rest of the staff couldn't be bothered as well. Disappointment!

Went in just to grab one slipper but when making payment Elaine initiated to ask me to top up one more product. Her professionalism and service won my heart. She is not only having tiptop service, she is genuinely friendly and kind. She is an asset to the company. Will come back again!

Jong Ping (Ting/Peng/Ding?) was super duper helpful and friendly, and her male colleague as well. Patient even though I tried 4 pairs. Thanks for the help.

Nikhil really helped me here, i was dissapointed the way bugis+ staff treated me, i wasnt expecting much from here aswel but Nikhil from the staff chevked the stock and told me which shop should i excatly go to get the shoes which i wanted. Thank you buddy, got the shoes aswel thanks for your support

A little small, and feels cramp. But they still have a good range of products to choose from. In the end I bought a pair of shoes!

Staff service was helpful with size request during trying out. Upon payment, it was then informed that the chosen 2 pairs of shoes are display sets and asked to check if they are accepted (display set has turned yellow at certain areas). It should have been informed at the start to save the staff and customer’s time.

First time making a purchase at JD and the experience is great! Received excellent customer service! The staff is very proactive and helpful. Always on the lookout to see if any customers require assistance. Great selection of shoes and quite a number of them are on sale! Happy to shop with them and happy to return to JD in the future!
