Tried to get assistance from the staff, but the 2 young girls were too busy chatting with each other to serve customers. After 2 attempts to get them to acknowledge us, we left.

I bought a Nike shoes in this shop ,I kept those shoes and I didn’t wear on that month now I check and wear but I felt something was wrong I told them I want 36.5 sizes. But they gave me one size was 36.5 and one size was 37.5 What a bad service for customer I spend over 100+ for those shoes but all useless.

I ask this girl to serve me but she went over to a colleague to serve me instead just to use her phone, i noticed she wasnt busy as she was on her phone I saw her name tag it starts with a C if i remember correctly she is quite short

If you are shy, don’t become a sales person. I cannot believe after I said like a thousand sentences, one of your salesman didn’t say a single word, not even nodding or any gesture to show he has heard me. Furthermore, the sole of shoes are so uneven and have glue at the side. But that’s understandable cuz quality of Nike drastically deteriorated after changing production site from China to Vietnam and Indonesia.
