Yuki, my scalp specialist, is knowledgeable and very detail-oriented. scalp treatments are done in a private room at the back of the salon with a very comfortable setup. you get to sit in a massage chair throughout the entire duration of the treatment, the chair also rotates and tilts directly to the wash basin so you don’t even have to get up! Both Yuki and Adrian also give very good hair washes!!

Adrian helped to wash my hair really quickly and he still have the best quality even though i was rushing, thank you so much for working quickly . Preston helped to cut and blow dry my hair well the haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted, thank you so much both of you !! ❤️

Hair designer has great manners. It was great to have the same style as in Korea at a fair price. I recommend the human designer Preston . It's good to make sure to make sure you enjoy it!

This is my first visit to this salon, and I must say, Preston, the director, is exceptional. He demonstrates great patience while recommending the most suitable hair color and style for me. Preston is exceptionally detailed in his work and always greets me with a warm, friendly smile, making me feel comfortable and confident that I'm in good hands. I will definitely return to him for my haircut and treatment.

I came in with a reference photo for the stylist. He said its the same shape as my current hair and I only needed to do down perm and trim. After the down perm he proceeded to cut my hair, shorter than I wanted. And he showed me that the back of my hair is uneven, and asked if i was okay with it? Hello? Who in the right mind would want a freaking uneven hair? And if you can’t deliver what I wanted, Just tell me upfront. not ruin my hair and give excuses “Your hair too short” HELLO YOU WERE THE ONE WHO KEPT CUTTING SHORT RIGHT. Front desk still had the cheek to ask if I want to sign package. Siao. Attached is the before and after. What a joke.
