I came in with a reference photo for the stylist. He said its the same shape as my current hair and I only needed to do down perm and trim. After the down perm he proceeded to cut my hair, shorter than I wanted. And he showed me that the back of my hair is uneven, and asked if i was okay with it? Hello? Who in the right mind would want a freaking uneven hair? And if you can’t deliver what I wanted, Just tell me upfront. not ruin my hair and give excuses “Your hair too short” HELLO YOU WERE THE ONE WHO KEPT CUTTING SHORT RIGHT. Front desk still had the cheek to ask if I want to sign package. Siao. Attached is the before and after. What a joke.

This is my first time getting a haircut here in SG as I am not sure if the barber/stylist will be able to get my hairstyle idea. But I must say, Jay knows his job really well. He knows what to do from the time he started handling his 'operational tools' to get your a 'surgical-like' transformation. He knows how to communicate well with his client and to ensure he meets the expectations. I have tried different barbers and stylists before and from the time the stylist handles my hair and started the sectioning and cutting, that's the time I know if the stylist knows what he/she doing and I felt it exactly with Jay, yesterday. You won't regret booking Jay as your stylist here. Special mention to his assistant too for doing great care and assistance during the whole service.

Yuki, my scalp specialist, is knowledgeable and very detail-oriented. scalp treatments are done in a private room at the back of the salon with a very comfortable setup. you get to sit in a massage chair throughout the entire duration of the treatment, the chair also rotates and tilts directly to the wash basin so you don’t even have to get up! Both Yuki and Adrian also give very good hair washes!!
