This branch is located right after the City Hall MRT Link connecting directly to Funan. It comes with a free sitting area where you can start enjoying the delicious cakes from Châteraisé. Personally, I love the cakes and ice cream selection. I would recommend anyone who works around City Hall to pop by.

Really convenient to get to as it is next to City Hall MRT. Always love their cakes and recently tried their new strawberry one that is shaped like a dome! Loved it!

Have been to about 4 other different outlets before previously. Had also comment to my hubby that the services seem pretty bad. Hence, when I dropped by at Funan outlet today, was surprised by the service from the staffs over there. They are the warmest & friendliest. They also seems very passionate in their job. Upon stepping in, they will start greeting you and recommend their products when needed. Even the staff at their cashier is good. Whereas, the other few outlets I've been to, which mostly younger staffs, I realised they have certain attitude, neither do they seem passionate or want to promote the products at all. Instead I have to approach them to ask for help. Great job at Funan! 👍 They have really make a difference to their customers.
