Was really hungry so we ate into the food before taking pictures! The ginger chicken is amazing and unique, so flavourful. Along with the round steak that we got, seasoned well and honestly, not oily. Also, the sides like onion rings and baked potato are all so fresh and fried well. Really amazing considering the price ($11.90 for chicken and $23 for wagyu round). Will definitely come back again. Service was amazing too, quick serving and friendly staff :)

Bizen Okayama Wagyu Steakhouse @ Funan is a wonderful surprise right in the center of the city. The interior is truly unique — you sit comfortably at your table, yet it feels like you're floating gently down a river. It’s peaceful, stylish, and a great place to relax. The ordering process is super convenient through a QR code, and they even accept PayPal for payment, which is a big plus. Now let’s talk about the food: the chicken teriyaki was juicy and flavorful, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. The soups had surprisingly deep and original flavors — clearly crafted with care. For the quality of food, the prices are very reasonable, especially for a Japanese steakhouse in such a prime location. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive — everything you’d want from a top-tier dining experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a delicious meal with a touch of atmosphere and modern convenience!

I would like to thank Aston for running this never happened before 20 years celebration promotion. It was a big turn out and we needed to queue like two hours to get in. Despite this the cashier person and the staff were on tasks and doing their best. Free ice creams were also served, with chocolate, vanilla, strawberry to choose from. Due to limited seatings, my friend and I were asked if we could sit at tall stool seats. It wasn't very comfortable as there was no leg room with the knees pressing against the counter table. There were some table tops with amazing flowing water features underneath. The whole place was very nice as a dining location. There was an interesting hiccup that occurred. My friend and I were given the food pretty fast when the rest of the customers who were earlier, were still waiting. The lady next to me brought her receipt to go talk to the staff about this. Later when we were almost done, the staff suddenly nearly wanted to serve us a second time but we told him we had eaten. I deduced that this probably occurred because the pair of customers originally seated at our tall stool likely switched seats on their own, creating the confusion. About the food, we could only order Gyu Don as the promotion. There was some spring onions and seaweeds at the top of the beef in some sweet sauce. After stirring it in, it felt like we were eating some mushy sweet rice. It was not bad, just that I wasn't used to the texture. I was not familiar with this Gyu Don. It probably wasn't very suitable for my palate. Overall it was a fantastic treat from Aston. We would continue to support the restaurant.

Cheap and affordable with no gst nor service charge extra. One main around $10-15. Had chicken and tenderloin. It was good. Value for money. Special design of eating above some waterworks and rock climbing on the side to view.

Like the reviewer Sean, I would also like to thank Astons Group and Bizen for holding the 20-cents Gyu Don promotion, I usually would like more ingredients to go with my rice so I felt it wasn’t enough but 20-cents is fine. I expected it so I brought my own furikake and ordered mushroom soup. The image of the mushroom soup on the digital menu was quite misleading though, I remembered it was dark and I prefer the wild mushroom kind so I ordered, but when it came it looked creamy white, sad. Wanted to screenshot the minute but I guess I ordered the last bowl so it was gone from the menu alr.

Fried chicken cutlet was good. Very well fried and crispy, with inside chicken thigh still moist. Fries were also well seasoned and not soggy. Mac and cheese is average. Food was served very quickly. Appreciate the convenience of being able to order and pay online through a QR code at my table.

One of the best steaks in town. The denver cut is very succulent and melt in the mouth. Mac and cheese is delicious and the bake potatoes is a must have. Value for money. I highly recommend this to everyone who loves steaks and succulent wagyu beef. Serve by Sharon, she have an exceptional customer service. I love to bring my friends and family here.

Just finished work and set a date with my wife at this place. Uber aesthetic fountain table. However, the food was very lukewarm and underwhelming. They mislabeled our steaks and plated the steaks wrongly. Last time i ate Udon, the noodles were thicker but they resemble mostly of La Mian instead of Udon. The last experience at Bugis, the server offered us free ice cream but the server here just sat by the cashier and looked like he just want us to leave. Customer service could be better.

NOT SERVING ALCOHOL ANYMORE! Do not go here anymore! Went with family of 5. HUUGE disappointment! Entire evening ruined! License expired, not renewed as closing down end of July! Their Management/Owners do apparently not care about customers anymore and the damage they do to their remaining outlets in Singapore! They are dead to me! All outlets! Overpriced food, anyway! And they have the cheek to ask for advance payment now! French Fries a stick-together mass, rest of food ok. #bizen, #okayama, #wagyu, #funan

I ordered the ribeye steak to try if it’s comparable to the one I had in Japan. The quality is almost the same, but somehow the taste is quite differ. I believe it’s how the steak is prepared. It was slightly salty and too much black pepper. The meat are still juicy and perfectly cooked (medium rare). The steak comes with 2 side dishes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and not much to complain. Will try other menu next visit.
