Dr. Jason has been my go-to doctor for the past 1 year and 8 months. I hesitated writing this review because I don't wish to make it even harder to book an appointment with him! (Yes — he is that good.) For someone like me who has tricky skin conditions and high expectations, Dr. Jason consistently delivers his aesthetic expertise calmly, confidently, and flawlessly. He also does not advise me on what I do not need, only what's required. His work speaks for itself. Clinic assistant, Summer, is a gem. She is extremely thoughtful, gentle, and I am thankful to her for always calming my nerves (and pain) and being so genuine and empathetic. All the CAs are lovely but Summer is definitely my favorite. :) Angela, my service officer, never pressures me into purchasing treatments I don't need. This is a very important trait to me, as consumers/clients generally do their own prior research and roughly know what they need or want. Being pushy actually doesn't lead to client retention. Angela makes me feel comfortable and answers my queries professionally and genuinely. Even if I don't commit to anything, she still treats me well. Hence, my overall experience at Astute is a wonderful one, from the moment I enter the clinic until I leave. While the doctor's skill is definitely the top factor, the front desk and behind-the-scenes clinical assistants/therapists are equally key to creating the best client experience. This would naturally lead to client retention. It is how one makes a client FEEL. Assured, Respected and aesthetic Results delivered. Astute East Coast used to have a service associate named Merlin, and she was the epitome of what true 'Service with a Heart' meant. She was one of the key reasons why I initially chose to stick with Astute. Thank you, Astute Funan, keep up the great work.
