Waiter/Waitress (Seafood/ New Outlet/ Central/ Shopping Mall/ 5 Days workweek/Up to $3k)

We’re hiring passionate SERVICE CREWS/CLEANER/CASHIER to support our Client's New Outlet - Hai Kah Lang Seafood Porridge & Noodle Restaurant (Gross Salary up to $3.2K) in Funan Mall - serving Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner!

Responsibility:

. Coordinate daily operations by discussing specials, promotions, and updates with management and kitchen staff.

. Ensure clear communication and address any issues or feedback with supervisors, including conducting end-of-day reviews.

. Deliver excellent customer service across all platforms, greeting guests, answering questions, taking and confirming orders, and processing payments.

. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, maintain a clean and organized environment, and comply with all regulations.

. Prepare for service (mise en place), provide counter/take-away service, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

. Demonstrate a positive, professional image, cultivate productivity, and address service challenges promptly.

. Utilize computers and tablets for essential operational tasks.

. Complete all side work and checks before leaving, ensuring all areas are secure and ready for the next shift.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent with at least one year in F&B services with Food Safety Cert Level 1

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management practice.

· A proactive and spirited individual exuding confidence and positivity prefers to be knowledgeable in all serving techniques

· Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

· Only Singaporeans
