Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall day-to-day operations.
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Support staff training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily reconciliation.
Drive sales by promoting special offers and upselling menu items.
Assist in analyzing financial reports and help meet budgetary targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or food service environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills.
