Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive retail sales of laptops and desktops. You will lead showroom sales initiatives, develop and execute product and sales strategies, and cultivate supplier relationships to achieve business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead showroom sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales and marketing materials for showroom and online platforms to attract and convert customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market reach and customer base
  • Represent the company at sales events, roadshows, seminars, and workshops to promote products and generate leads
  • Develop and manage product strategies and lifecycle plans to support sustained business growth
  • Create and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives to drive revenue and profitability
  • Conduct sales forecasting and planning, and develop marketing plans to support sales goals
  • Establish and maintain high-standard Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and related processes
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels with suppliers to stay informed on technical and marketing developments across all product lines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role with a reputable market player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills demonstrated through customer engagement and sales activities
  • Proven ability to handle diverse customer profiles with effective persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the IT market and current industry trends
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with a diverse client base.
