RETAIL ASSISTANT

Job Summary

You will serve as a friendly cashier, accurately processing customer transactions and creating a welcoming environment. You will unpack new stock deliveries, organize and display products to maintain an attractive store appearance, and assist with daily retail operations to support smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and process sales transactions accurately to ensure a positive checkout experience
• Unbox and inspect new product arrivals to prepare them for display and sale
• Restock shelves and arrange merchandise to maintain an appealing and organized store layout
• Assist with general store upkeep by cleaning and tidying work areas to support a safe and inviting environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily retail tasks and contribute ideas to improve store operations
• Apply knowledge of stationery, planners, and gift items to support product presentation and customer inquiries

Work Details:

• Work 5 days per week, including weekends, to support store operations during peak periods
