Retail Assistant

• provide excellent service to walk in customers
• Responsbile for omni channel customer services, including, but not limited to, online selling, social selling, digital marketing places.
• Support daily store operations & housekeeping
• Oversee store merchandising / restocking
• Handle POS system, cashier duty
• Provide high level of customer service with good product knowledge
• Promote a healthy team environment with co-workers
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• PASSION for outdoor & sports is a must
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Problem solving ability and ability to analyze information
• Good PC knowledge
