The position reports to the School Principal and involves close collaboration with fellow educators.

• Enhance teaching and learning practices in alignment with the Trehaus School curriculum
• Strengthen classroom management techniques and approaches to observing and documenting children’s development
• Foster meaningful engagement by customising the curriculum and applying suitable pedagogical methods
• Apply differentiated instructional strategies to address the varied learning needs of children
• Promote core values of Early Childhood Education through purposeful classroom experiences and programmes
• Create and maintain high-quality learning environments
• Build trusting and respectful relationships with children through intentional curriculum planning and delivery
• Take appropriate actions to safeguard and protect children’s well-being
• Comply with health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene policies and procedures
• Deepen partnerships with families to support children’s learning and development
• Support colleagues in engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented working environment
