Worse Yakun experience. Went at 11+am, half-boiled egg is hard, barely edible, kaya toast is cold. I ordered Kopi-o and staff gave me siew tai instead. Please do something on your quality of food.

It takes time to get your order even though there are 4 staffs in the counter. Two of them were like having some argument over missed orders. The vibe is not vibing at all. The taste of the coffee is just the ordinary coffee you get from Yakun — so not bad. It gets busy during lunchtime so it will cause long queues since it’s a business district.

Extremely bad attitude from this person, she should be fired from the service line We ordered Milo c gao but the drink is super diluted please. Went to talk to her (not sure if she is the manager) and she rudely told us need to pay extra. I have never ever been told at ya kun that you need to pay more for gao, have ordered several times from other outlets but never had to pay extra. Your menu doesn’t state it clearly and you also didn’t tell us when we paid. If you told us beforehand, we would at least have understood. We confronted the lady again and asked for her name to cross check with yakun management and she ignore us. If you never did wrong what are you afraid of🤔?
