Drove 4xxKM to try the hype. Exceeded expectations. Recommending flavors later. Gloves were provided. Only the drinks were not bottomless. 10/10 would recommend. Got both classic wings and boneless oh yeah and also chicken tenders

We ordered online and it required a Singaporean phone number. However, we are not from Singapore and we had to fake a phone number to complete the order. Unfortunately, the food and drinks took 45 minutes to be served, while being considered a ‘fast’ food restaurant. Food was ok.
Poor management, would not recommend.

The food is okay but not when you have to wait 1hr 20 minutes for your food. Ordered at 12:52pm received at 2:10pm and mind you. It wasn’t complicated order. It’s 8pcs & 1 ranch. I don’t know why it take so long but there’s about 8 staff inside looking unmotivated to work. We have to wait outside the walkway which is already narrow due to high human traffic. People & grab uncles flocking the counter. This is a fast food restaurant and to expect a simple order for an hour is ridiculous. My friend ordered the same day at 8:50pm only to receive at 10:45pm. That’s almost 2 hours. Hello? This one not fine dining restaurant. The kitchen doing de-bone chicken Issit? Management need to do something about it. Order online and to wait for another hour just defeats the purpose. The kitchen staff need to communicate with each other to make a streamline kitchen process. This is not the first time I had to wait for this long and I’m surprised nothing has changed since 2023

Not clean at all. As a tourist, you have to scan the QR code for ordering and put your credit card information in their web to PAY!!
Such a waste of time, just few sentences of conversation would be required for my simple order.

The food was hot, but not good. Fries so disappointing. Ranch was ok. Cockroaches were roaming in the restaurant. Cleanliness was very poor.

Whenever i'm craving for chicken wings, my go to place is Wingstop! I'm glad they have a shop in funan easy and convenient to go to as just in Cityhall MRT! My all time fave is the teriyaki and garlci parmesan cheese! and their fries is the best as well! All the staff super friendly too! Special shoutout to Marlon the Filipino Manager there he was really very nice and helpful. The quality of chicken is way better than the other stores offering chicken wings actually. oh they also have boneless wings too but i prefer the one with the bones so i can enjoy the taste in every bite :) See u again soon!

I GET THE HYPE NOW. hell yeah americans rlly know how to do their chicken 🔥🔥 this is my first time trying wingstop and it HIT HARDDD😋😋 the ranch 🤤🤤 is so creamy and tasty , perfect pairing with the boneless hot chicken 🍗 i tried their louisiana and parmesan one, both are yummy in their own way 😍😍 also the fries are so yummy 😋 and the iced tea SLAPPED with the chicken 🫡🫡😂
this place lost a star cuz we had to wait kinda long for our small order 😭😭 but still 4 stars cause it was WORTH🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ go get urself some wingstop NOW😍🍗🙏

Me and my friend went here yesterday for dinner around 9pm. I was aware of the waiting time for the food to be ready as there were signage put up at the counter 15-30mins. The experience that made me feel displeased was the dine in experience. Other people that ordered after us got their order first and their order were for a bigger group! The other thing is we only got our food around 9:35pm, we were half way eating and one of the staffs bluntly said "we are closing now" with a harsh tone. She didnt even offer us packaging for us to takeaway so we had to ASK for it instead. Just a feedback, Wouldn’t it make more sense to serve dine-in customers first rather than takeaway orders, particularly when closing time is near? or the staff could've mentioned preferable to take away as it is near the restaurant closing time. I would've been fine as well.
Fortunately, the food was good of quality.
