The staff put a wrong price tag on my product, but asked me to pay according to the so-called correct price in their system. I DON’T think this is reasonable. The CORRECT way is I pay the amount THAT WAS ON THE PRICE TAG. THE STAFF who placed the wrong price tag PAYS THE DIFFERENCE. I hope you can do it better next time.

Popped by the Funan outlet to grab some essentials that I needed quite urgently and there was a 4 for $15 deal on the item I wanted to buy but there was only 3 packs left. The kind and patient staff, Xiang Yu explained to me that I could pay for them and take 1 pack home with me to tide me over while having the rest of the 3 packs to complete the set delivered to me as they didn’t have enough stock in the store. She was so patient to explain the options to me and also assured me on my delivery time frame and the notifications I’d receive to update me about my delivery and prompts to let me know before the delivery will be made. I was pleasantly surprised with this service as I didn’t know it could be done and made for such a great experience when Xiang Yu explained it in full for me so that I would know what to expect. Keep it up and thank you for making my day! Coming from the service line as well, I know it isn’t easy on some days but so touched by the warm and great service!

Delightful with the staff name Danny, very helpful & top notch service. He was good in recommending items to my needs. Very recommended. Very Pleasant , Warm welcome & great atmosphere Watson Funan. Will visit again.

Sales assistant purposely waited in the walkway for me to walk past before letting out a repulsive rippling belch. Her face's as black as the sumatra squall that blasted through the country this week. Urgh.

Staffs at this outlet is very very nice, i went to both Funan and Suntec city mall to look for products and experienced 2 extreme different feels. Thanks staffs at Funan branch. Suntec staff Jason boooooo!!! Bleh.. lol..

Didn’t have any of the advertised specials in stock e.g. certain supplements, shampoos, toothpaste multipacks, electric toothbrush heads etc. Staff were unhelpful for enquiries or looking for anything. Everything we asked about was basically responded to with a shrug, and then the ladies would return to chatting with each other and ignoring customers. Way easier to just order online rather than making the effort to go into a store with stock and terrible service.

Popped in during lunch break. This Watsons has no darker foundation shades which is shameful. Had to go to Raffles City Watsons to get my foundation.
