First time visiting and glad to have Jing Yee in store for the day. Jing Yee patiently explained the types of TOMS shoes available and I purchased the type which has thicker insoles. Noticed that there was slight defect at the front of the shoe and Jing Yee went extra miles to provide alternative options and check for availability from other store. Glad the exchange was made smoothly with the help from Jing Yee. She is definitely one of the superstar employee! Well done and thank YOU!
