A great place to hangout for Kopi ☕️
BreadTalk’s answer to Yakun Kaya Toast has come a long way since its founding in 2005, it now serves pastries, sandwiches and hot meals like laksa in addition to the kaya toast and kopi ☕️.
This outlet in Funan is located in Basement 1 as you come down from the escalator.

The taste is ordinary. Now I know why there are always few people here. Of course, this is also one of the advantages: there are few people and almost no queue. But the taste is indeed ordinary. If you are in a hurry and don't want to queue, you can come here. The portion size is not big.

Usually visit here on weekdays and the people around are very noisy. The service is not bad and the food quality is the usual.
Don’t really have much concern about the environment but some of them laugh so hard that maybe you can hear until two shops away.

Value for money hokkien prawn noodles, could be more generous with the serving. Great attitude from the service staff and very mid on the atmosphere as the seating was squeezy.

Terrible customer service. Average food. Visited this place twice, two different staff served me and both had the same bad attitude. Management should train staff on customer service.
Average food and same options as other cafes. There is a bread shop as well.
They are also very slow with making drinks and preparing food.
Toast was extremely dry and bland.
This is a popular franchise. Not sure if it's just this particular store with terrible service.

First, I was greeted by a server that made hands signs instead of asking me if I’m dining in or takeaway.
Following this, I had to pay $2:20 for a small cup of Kopi C Kosong.
Lastly, the coffee was so diluted. Didn’t have the rich aroma I was expecting when I patronise at Greenwich and a few other Toast Boxes. The milk used (Gold Coin) didn’t allow the coffee to taste full.
The coffee is too thin. And the server added more water to the already diluted coffee.
It makes me rethink if I will order Toast Box again.

Popular local chain serving toast, cakes, soup, and kopi. Prepare to queue. Order at the counter and then wait with a buzzer. Bright interior.

Consistent Quality but poor service! This particular branch is not too crowded and is spacious compared to most branches. The food and drinks are of course consistent and is good for the price. I always find myself having kopi here after walking around Funan or when im craving for my favorite Curry Chicken ;). The cleaning auntie is helpful and attentive making sure tables are always clean. The restaurant is vibrant and is a perfect place to hang out. Bringing down my review from 5 star to 1 star. My latest visit the cashier was rude like she does not want us to be there. The tables are also dirty and order took so long to be served considering is not crowded at all. Sigh.. because of this bad service im never coming back.

Good alternative to hawker center kaya toast when u need AC! Bread was crispy, solid chunk of butter and good kaya.

Traditional bread toast is crunchy and soft in the middle part, pandas cake is great, you can smell the heavy pandan scent in your second bite
Apart from the above, tuna sandwich has a crunchy outside but the tuna is not my favorite
