Royal milk tea was good however the brown sugar fresh milk could be better. The brown sugar with fresh milk actually taste nice when blended together but for some reason the pearls were quite hard. Not soft and chewy. Not sure why. But i have tried years back at other outlet which wasnt like that. Perhaps the recipe has changed. Abit disappointment for me as i consider myself a huge brown sugar bubble tea fan.

ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it tasted very diluted yet sweet at 50%. doesn't taste like regular milk tea. the boba is hard and not chewy :(

went to the store at 9:15, a good 15 minutes before closing but was met with poor attitude of the service staff working who signalled to me me that they were closed with a hand motion rather than putting it to words. a lost opportunity for sales and a lost customer for the alley.

Overall the drink taste not bad, my personal taste preference lesser sugar level. I always choose 25% or 20% sometime even 0% sugar for the milk tea. It still taste sweet for me. Price is value for the money. Service was fast. 🧋😋 …

I love here brown sugar deerioca fresh milk. Soft pearl and sweetness of brown sugar🫶🏻 The price is also reasonable. For yuzu green tea for promotion, recommend 100% sweetness.

They recently introduced pandan waffles to the menu and the waffles are legit. Crunchy on the outside, still moist and soft on the inside. And the waffle and bbt combo really does work. A missed opportunity tho, I would have thought that offering bbt toppings as waffle filling would have been interesting. Brown sugar syrup, for e.g.

My favourite drink here is the Royal No. 9 milk tea (25% sugar) as it has a distinctive floral taste. The price is also very reasonable - at $3.80 for a medium sized cup without toppings, with the option to choose no ice as well. The black pearls are however quite small and therefore not as bouncy in texture as those from other shops.

They make one of the best brown sugar boba milk! So much boba! And just try the royal milk tea (fragrant with blueberry notes)

service was very good. i didn't have member and the staff was kind enough to tell me how to sign up and explain benefits! really polite as well. royal no 9 milk tea is definitely recommended. i was quite sad bishan outlet closed so i really wanted to drink it here. did not disappoint.

Royal No 9 Black Tea: 4.5 stars Not bitter even at 0% sugar. The blueberry flavour is subtle but adds a lot of dimension Original Purple Rice Yoghurt: 4.25 stars 0% sugar you really taste the tangy yoghurt, it’s a nice thick smoothie with chewy rice grains like pulut hitam. This may sound weird but i kept the leftovers of this drink and mixed in some oats and bran for breakfast the next morning — scrumptious! Royal No 9 Milk Tea: 4 stars A bit too sweet even at 0% sugar because of pearl syrup. Blueberry flavour is masked by the milk Black Pearls: 4 stars Above average, firm and chewy

It was my first time trying the drinks at the alley and the staff was friendly and recommended the royal no. 9 milk tea to me. It was pretty good and I think it was $4.40 (including pearls) Overall pleasant experience :)

Royal no. 9 milk tea was solid, it’s basically a blueberry infused black tea. 25% sugar level makes it just a tiny bit sweet. Perfect for me. The non-dairy creamer they use though is not very creamy or thick. Depending on your preference you may love or dislike it. Tea flavor was decent but not super strong.
