Male staff was rude and didn't want to share more about the discounts and membership tiers. Before payment, I enquired more about the promotions and deals going in. He started to show an annoyed look on his face. He then walked off impatiently from the cashier into a room after knowing I will like to reduce my cart. What a service.

Went to Funan to branch try a jacket as was told by the staff at suntec that the stock was available there. Arrived shortly around 845pm and the store was already closed before official closing timing. Waited for 20 mins but no staff were present.
