Friendly staff and great food! The staff was managing walk-in customers and topping up her supplies, seems she was the only one working at the shop (14/06/25, 11am), yet her customer service was top notch! She greets everyone! Thank you 😃

Not too crowded on Saturday but the best part was Amir! He was so friendly and cheerful when I ordered my food.

My ultimate favourite is the subway salads! They are so so good. This branch vegetables are extra fresh too. Also staff is so nice and friendly, CHAW was my server today and was friendly and nice!

Very bad customer service. They said the value meal is only entitled to the basic vegetables, and insist every outlet is the same when in fact out outlets are not the same as them. Mosquitoes are seen flying around the seats here as well. Do avoid this outlet as much as you can.

As a regular here at Subway Funan, I always enjoy the prompt, fast & friendly service. The fact that all the staff make the effort to remember their regular customers’ orders is impressive. I can’t remember the last time I actually had to order & I’ve seen them do the same for other regulars too. The staff are also generous with the soup & veggies - no undersized portions here. As a bonus, the outlet is kept spotless, which makes it feel very inviting to eat at & it’s nice not having to clean the table myself before eating. Best subway outlet in Singapore by far!

Was there today with grandson - Chaw did not understand what was being requested and surmised what he had said - she put ham and cheese on and placed in oven - we tried to stop her and tell her what she was preparing was not right - when she realised she had done wrong - well the attitude we received was not a good experience. There was 3 of up to $20 per order - more orders to come from our group and the attitude continued. I don’t like doing this and as an adult I can let it slip but felt for my grandson who we have tried to teach good manners. Food was great after all.

This started ok, ordered food for my children and wife. When I came to order for myself, as a vegetarian saw the server touch meat and asked to change gloves, which it seemed to hit a nerve. As per other subways, I asked for all veggie, olives and jalapeƱos which the server said that's extra. I did ask why the difference as I go subway every week, which the manager said read the SOP on the website... just wow. No issues, there, not a returning customer suntec franchise is much better. Staff need to sort their attitude really.

I’ve been here multiple times and have always enjoyed this outlet as the service’s great. Except today when I visited, Chaw (the service crew) was at the sandwich station, there was a line when I got there. I can sense that she was impatient and didn’t bother with asking about cheese, toasted or not and any additional toppings unlike the other staff that was at the cashier. I’m lactose intolerant and she slapped on the cheese and toasted it immediately after she added the meat. When it got to the veg, she missed out cucumbers after I repeated my order twice. I didn’t bother correcting it and made my purchase. This experience was a disappointment.

Worst Subway Experience Ever (Funan Outlet – Avoid!) Ordered the $6.80 Value Meal (Beef Taco) at this 'Funan/City Hall Subway', and the experience was RIDICULOUS ! ! 1ļøāƒ£ "Only Cuts Veg" Policy? - Wanted to add lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and corn (like I always do at Wisma/other Subways). - Staff said "only cuts veg" and refused corn. Since when?? Their "cuts veg" is just lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, onion—SO LIMITED. How is this worth my money? 2ļøāƒ£ Sauce Police Strikes Again ! - Asked for ketchup + BBQ (ONLY 2 SAUCES). - Staff said "only 1 sauce". SINCE WHEN SUBWAY LIMITS TO 1 SAUCE?? Online policy says up to 3, and other outlets never have this issue. 3ļøāƒ£ Rude Attitude for No Reason. - No apologies, no explanations—just stubborn rules that aren’t even posted anywhere, or noticeable anywhere. - If you hate your job, just quit. Don’t ruin customers’ meals with your random restrictions and bad attitude. NEVER coming back. Stick to other Subway branches that provide better service, and no dumb limitations. "Waste of $6.80."

Gotten this Tuna wrap and mushroom soup. Soup was thick and flavorful and Tuna wrap is nice. Would appreciate if the Tuna could be given more but then they go by scoop so guess its fair šŸ˜…. Overall nice environment with friendly and polite staff. Would greatly recommend for a quick bite thumbs up šŸ‘
