I went there during opening hours, but found the signage shown in the photo. I needed passport photos and had an appointment at the Embassy. After more than 15 minutes waiting, the shop assistant finally showed up. As a result, I was late for my appointment, but without passport photos it was no point going there. The quality of the photos was not very good, but I didn't have time to have a better photo taken. I do not recommend this shop.

So happy that the experience for IC photo taking was fuss free. $15 for soft copy sent to your email in 15mins. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to come here.

I called the place one day earlier to ask whether they were open the next day (it was a Good Friday holiday). They said that they were, and that they were opening at 10 am. I came at 10:20 am, but it was closed. I needed my passport photos to be taken urgently, that is why I called them in advance to make sure I could do it. When I was standing in front of the locked door I called them again and heard the phone ringing inside, but nobody was there. I waited for a while and left.

Shopkeeper MeiLi was super nice and patient to help me print out my photos. As I didn't know it comes in 2 for wallet sized photo so I took quite awhile to choose the 2nd one. Thank you for helping me with the leaves in the lamination as well!!! The shop itself is easy to find just on the right after you go down the first escalator.

Amazing and very kind service! I needed to copy medical files from a disc to flash drive or email, and the loveliest guy there did it in no time and for free for me. Now I'm their client for several visa photo and printing jobs! Highly recommend such client-oriented service!❤️

I started coming here because they are open everyday, unlike the other film developing places that close on Sundays. The price is also reasonable considering the convenient location. I only develop film so it's $6.50 per roll for 120 film and $5.50 per roll for 35mm film. Higher price and longer time for black and white film, due to lower volume. The prices are transparent and staff are very helpful and patient. I will continue coming here for the convenience.

Really helpful staff member here who sold me two rolls of film and showed me how to load my film properly which was super appreciated as I’m a film noob!! The film seemed to be a good price and she also checked to make sure my battery was ok. Unlike other stores in the area they also take any kind of card.

Do not recommend this place! I needed to make a photo for visa, which has to be high quality obviously . As the result they have taken a hand held photo and thats really good that i checked the photo before paying for it - it was very blurred! We tried again and same situation, the photo was blurred. They suggested me to take the photo again, same way, i don’t know what they expected but i was just done with it and walked away. Also, they don’t seem to know the requirements for us visa photo (max size).

I was just there to print A4 b&w 1 copy document. Cost is $0.50 a pc for A4 b&w. But i was really shocked when she told me i have to pay $2.50 because of handling charge via email. $2 handling charge? Hmmm, it’s very difficult task to print from email i presumed. First ever charge a premium for printing. Normally they charge a dollar a piece, i can accept that but $2 handling charge on top of print. Not good marketing. Just be careful to the other customers who may want to print your documents via email there. About the handling charge.

The staff very helpful but unfortunately my AU passport photo was rejected by the High Commission due to pixelation of the photo. The inkjet quality of the printer is substandard for AU passport application. I can't say if this is the same about other countries. I was able to find a high quality passport photo printer in Lucky Plaza.
