I wanted to purchase a one dollar quick pick toto ticket using my coins. I was refused by the only auntie working who was at the left booth. She had short wavy hair. She insisted that only notes is accepted and not coins, around 840pm.

Visited this morning (7 Mar 2021) around 10am to buy Toto quick pick. The outlet is very nicely renovated with a classy vibe. Service is fast and efficient. There was no queue when I visited. Overall a pleasant visit.

Singapore pools should stop hiring all these boomers aunties with bad attitudes and zero customer service! They can’t articulate well and are very defensive!
