Scored a last minute appointment , Dr Benn Chua was very patient , he apologises for any pain / discomfort (even though obviously he has no fault) and keep saying “good job” as encouragement. He also detail out what is going to happen step by step so you’re fully clear. For a nightmarish teeth incident (filling fell out) it got better with a good experience at the dental clinic .

Dr Lu is very gentle and professional. She explains everything in detail and clear. Best dentist I have ever came across.

I don't think I'll be back here again. This clinic is extremely well-located, which is why I chose to come here twice. However, both times, my dentist was really rough, and seemed to be in a hurry to get my cleaning over and done with as quickly as possible. I actually have a pain in my gums, a whole week after my visit. I could give the dentist the benefit of the doubt. Roughness is subjective, after all. However, my last visit, he was actively rude and dismissive after my cleaning was done, brushing me away with his left hand as if my continued presence in the clinic was a bother to him. It's a real pity, because the rest of the staff was perfectly helpful and courteous. Coming here is really not worth the convenience. I would rather travel a bit further and factor in the time.

Came here for the $88 promo with xray. Fast service with Dr W. Nath. B. Gave relevant advices which sound useful after seeing my xray. Generally ok cleaning services. A bit painful sometimes on my sensitive teeth, but that is expected. However, I did choked once or twice during the teeth cleaning process by the saliva sucking thing, im guessing that is because of the assistant. This one is avoidable based on my previous experience with other teeth cleaning service. So im reducing a star. Overall, the appointment process was easy. So i will still support Q&M if there are promotion again the next time.

I've been consulting Dr Peter McCorkindale for my half yearly routine check-up and cleaning, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care that I received. Throughout my appointment, Dr Peter demonstrated exceptional work etiquette. He was extremely thorough in his examination and took the time to explain every step of the process to me, making sure that I understood what was happening and why. This attention to detail and transparency helped put me at ease and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. What really stood out to me, however, was Dr Peter's patience and compassion towards me as a patient. I have had negative experiences with dentists in the past, so I was a bit nervous consulting a dentist after years of not seeing one. But Dr Peter immediately put me at ease with his calm and reassuring demeanor. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and clearly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care that I received from Dr Peter. His great work etiquette, patience, and genuine care for his patients make them an exceptional dentist, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality dental care.
