My initial purchase, a ceiling fan, was also facilitated through a Climate voucher, which significantly offset the cost, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the transaction. The delivery personnel Kolanji & Rahman demonstrated exceptional professionalism by thoroughly explaining all pertinent details. I would like to extend my gratitude to Prism for consistently offering excellent deals and innovative products. I am particularly impressed with the black refrigerator, boasting a sleek, modern design, eco-friendly and surfaces that effectively conceal fingerprints and smudges, rendering it a superior choice to lighter-colored alternatives. Black is a classic, timeless color that seamlessly complements various kitchen styles, with a Inverter compressor accompanied by a 12-year warranty and its energy-efficient design, is truly impressive, offering great value for money.

Customer service was great! (13 Jun)Yesterday afternoon, I went to inquire about prism oasis pro and the sales staff (I forgot to take down the names of the 2 female and 1 male staff who assisted me), were very patient and helpful in answering all our questions. Unfortunately, we stay a bit far from Funan and we needed to go home to check the area to ensure enough clearance, so we could not buy at Funan on the spot. Even though the sales knew we couldn’t commit on the spot, they were still very friendly and helpful to assist us. We ended up purchasing the fan at Bishan showroom today, but we are still thankful to the staff at Funan!🥰🙏

Today, I visited PRISM at Funan to take a look at the Prism TV and the tripod stand. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up purchasing the Roam 32, thanks to the exceptional assistance from Joon Wai. He was patient, attentive, and went the extra mile to guide me through the online purchase process, something I truly appreciated. His professionalism and customer-first attitude made a real difference in our shopping experience. However, I did notice an area that could be improved. There was another staff member in the store, who appeared to be a senior or possibly the person-in-charge. Unfortunately, he lacked the leadership presence I expected. While Joon Wai was helping us with the online purchase, the other staff member interrupted and wrongly assumed he was trying to get us to sign up for something unnecessary. His tone and attitude came off as dismissive rather than supportive. If a team member is actively assisting customers, especially during a purchase, he should be empowered to continue doing so without interference. Claiming to Joon Wai there are “too many customers to attend to” didn’t help the situation, it created confusion and didn’t reflect well on the leadership. In the end, my family and I completed our purchases separately, but it was Joon Wai’s dedication that stood out and made the difference. Kudos to Joon Wai for his excellent service. I hope his efforts are recognized and that the leadership within the store can better support frontline staff who are clearly doing a great job.
