Extremely disappointed by the service provided by this outlet. Visit the store on Monday, 6 Jan at 8.25pm and the staff mentioned that they were closed for the day despite closing hours stated as 9pm and no indication on the website mentioning that you should be there more than 35 minutes before the waiting time, especially when one quick shoot would take 10 minutes.
We pushed for an explanation but the staff on duty just kept saying they are closing and did not provide a proper explanation. My partner and I spent the time and effort to bring props and rushed down from work to have sufficient time to shoot but clearly the closing time stated is untrue and staff are clearly not willing to do their job.
FYI - you can book a slot at 8.20pm on their website, but 8.25pm they claim they are closing without anyone in the room.
Would not recommend this photo booth (regardless of their lightning or privacy provided) as they do not ensure proper service quality levels and are not true to their word.
Have seen many reviews about this particular staff, appreciate a proper reply instead of a praying emoji response.

Great service and speedy service! Received the soft copy of images 1 day after with printed photos 2 hours after. Probably owner needs to upgrade printer because it was down and we need to wait abit longer for our printed pics (2 hour instead of 1). Staff was friendly and attentive too.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place sucks. My friends and I went to take our grad pictures, and right from the start, we had technical issues with the screen. Then, the place was so small that only about 3/4 of our bodies could be seen in the shot. On top of that, we paid $60 in total to get e-copies of the photos, but it's been 5 days and we still haven’t received anything. So yeah, I don’t recommend this place :)

Had an appointment at 3.25pm on the 10th of May. Came with my husband and my 17 month old daughter. Initially our appointment was at 1.25pm but because we were late and I don’t want to disrupt anyone’s schedule, I cancelled my appointment and booked for the 3.25pm one. Upon reaching, the staff told us their printer was down from printing too many photos and that we had to come again next week to collect if we want to proceed??? I was shocked to hear this as they should have call or text us beforehand to at least inform because we came all the way just for this? Leaving us with no choice, we proceeded because we were hopeful for the digital photos which was said can be send on the day itself. For this you need to pay $30 extra. Before we left, I asked the staff how long would the digital pictures take? She said by 8pm should be able to receive, depending on HR??? I waited the whole day yesterday refreshing my spam/junk email to no avail. Such a disappointing first experience.

the website said the place closed at 10pm and we booked a 9:15pm slot for our family. showed up at 9pm and the place was already closed + no response from the number listed on the website. 0/5 experience there was no experience.

Went on a weekend 10 May in the afternoon at around 3pm… Was told that their printing machine was spoilt and we had to come down another day to collect the physical copies of the photos. No form of apology or remuneration given to us. Told us that we will receive the physical copy by that night but only received it today evening… Definitely do not recommend this outlet but can try their Orchard Gateway photopia! 😭

Got a chance to try out thanks to a voucher. Interesting concept where you get 30mins within the studio with prefix lighting types (neon, beach, white background etc). Props are included and you get to take unlimited pictures within the time frame. Though it’s not a huge studio place, it can comfortably fit 4-5 ppl within the frame.

Came by courtesy of a complimentary basic package given by our friends, and was clearly the least prepared group amongst those who are there (in terms of clothing) 🤣
📸 That said, we quickly ran out of ideas on how to pose in the photo booth, even with props made available to us. But the clock ran down rather quickly despite us thinking we had more than enough time.
While it was a fun experience to be had, I personally wouldn’t pay $30 for what it was - glad that we are able to try this for free! 👍🏻

Booked a slot for a specific background colour and when we came on time (5 mins early) for our slot, the guy (wearing a singapore martial arts jersey) kept asking us for proof of our slot. When we showed it, he kept trying to drag the conversation until his colleague (a young hijabi with thin eyebrows and colour contacts) came out to tell us that they had a mix up and that our booked room was taken and will only be available 2 hours later. They offered a different coloured background that would be available half an hour later, but we were wearing the same colour as the background, which would obviously make the pictures turn out bad for us. As they could not make up for it any other way, we had to cancel our booking. Bad experience as it was a booking to celebrate a special occasion.

urgh, gotta write a bad review about this place. firstly, i booked a white background, totally did not expect it to be a beige background upon arriving. secondly, they printed the wrong photos that i wanted, even though i have already waited for an hour, i did not want to follow up as its such a hassle. thirdly, idk what took them so long to send me my digital copies, best thing is that they sent me some other people photographs instead. emailed them, whatsapp them. idk what took them so long to reply… i will never come here to take pictures again.
