This Nikon experience hub is a true haven for photographers, especially long-time users like myself. Having the entire range of lenses and camera bodies, including the latest equipment, readily accessible is fantastic. The retail staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently answering our various questions even though we didn't make a purchase that day. While the prices are at full retail, they do clearly display all their current promotional offers.

There is this malay staff Hamzah who I think I have to pay him to at least give a smile and not giving that stuck up look. Tried a Z6III body, place it back he IMMEDIATELY went over and adjust the position. And mind you its was like a 3 degree difference. His attitude was day and night compared to the one he served earlier. Totally unprofessional. Please kindly send him for re-training or change another friendlier salesman.

Nikon Experience Hub has comprehensive range of camera bodies and lenses. Perfect for gauging size and weight! My visit was attended by Louis. Greatly appreciate both his advise on technical matters as well as patiently letting me trying different combinations of bodies and lenses. Great experience! Happy to walk out with a shiny new toy :)

I recently attended the "Into the Z Series (Module 1 - Intro)" and "Mastering the Z Series (Module 2 - Advanced)" training sessions conducted at the Nikon Experience Hub, led by Andrew Tan. While I acknowledge that Andrew is knowledgeable and technically competent, I was disappointed with his conduct during the session. He came across as arrogant and dismissive, often behaving as though he knew everything and showed little patience for questions or alternative perspectives. This kind of attitude can be discouraging for participants who genuinely want to learn and engage. I feel that such behavior does not reflect well on the Nikon brand, especially in a customer-facing educational setting. Nikon is known for its excellence, and I believe the experience should be professional, inclusive, and respectful to uphold that reputation. I hope you take this feedback constructively and ensure future sessions provide a more welcoming and supportive learning environment.

We have already been here a couple of days ago and bought a teleconverter from Hamzah. He was soo good that I had to come back again today again. He is an amazing sales person with a lovely smile and patience. He is technically very competent and answers all the questions. I ended up buying not one but two Z 180-600mm f6.3 lenses from his today. One for myself and one for my wife. Strongly recommended place. It is a total experience. Thank you Hamza.

Louis helped me with the rental. 1. Called in to check and then he give the availability 2. Go to funan level 3 store to pick up. Check the paper and camera and lens 3. Return on time Awesome Nikon camera and lens. Louis is great and helpful.
