Not recommended. I booked a 65-minute session at 11am today, but even before starting, they already tried to upsell me a package or top up to a more “atas” service, which I do not understand why the shop is selling this package if she says the original one is not useful.
The whole massage was not comfortable – the therapist seemed inexperienced and just kept pushing, not really massaging properly. This therapist is just lame in massaging.
I also asked her to go softer on my neck, but had to repeat myself three times before she finally listened and adjusted.
Session also almost ended early until I pointed out that it started late. Overall, one of my worst massage experiences. I won’t recommend this place and please avoid at all cost.

Had a 65 session for head and eye with Esther. It was great! At first I didn't feel I could possibly fall asleep but then the soothing sensation just kept growing and I couldn't remember what happened afterwards. Woke up feeling refreshed and I would say it definitely worth trying.

This is my second time here, I fell asleep 8 times and had Eve but I was trying to stay awake up cause it was so good.
My brain has insane ADHD so it’s pretty hard to turn off my mind. In my life I’d say theres only been 5 times I've been able to silence it.

Had head and shoulder session with Esther. She is very professional and the massage is so relaxing. I fell asleep and woke up fresh and relaxed.

I love aunty esther!!! She was so gentle with me the whole time and adjusted the massage pressure to my needs (i asked for her to be slightly softer and she did a job well done!) well 100% be back!!!! Btw this is my 2nd time at this outlet and there’ll be more to come!

Signed up for package a few months ago. Used to be really good. Care and precision was taken during the massage. Service was attentive. However, the service and massage seem to be getting worse. The massage feels rough and not relaxing now. The service was ok only.

Stumbled upon this hidden spot that offers a relieving head massage in a place. It is a traditional japanese head massage technique.
Esther who was my therapist is skilled and experienced.
Ended up signing up a promo package so that I can get a relieving head massage during lunchtime in the future.

I was so excited to be getting a “trans like” massage as advertised but the lady just kept squeezing my head. At some point when she thought I was sleeping … she literally was just leaning on my head. Was really not worth the $108. She told me that the $78 version was useless as it was just pressing the head. The $30 extra was supposed to include massage on the eye area … back etc but it was just lame pressing. I go for massages often and I know this was just bad. Better off paying $25 to those massage places at housing estates.

65 minutes flew by! Eve was very gentle but hit the right pressure points. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a non-greasy way of relaxing and relieving tension.

Been a loyal customer of Moomin for a few years now and their service remains impeccable. Just like experienced masseuses, they never fail to lull me to sleep and I wake up from my session rejuvenated.
